Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 16, 2026

RPL Commercial Capital, LLC (“RPL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit RPLCommercialCapital.com, submit information through our website, or otherwise communicate with us.

Information We Collect

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including your name, email address, telephone number, company or organization, your role in a transaction, and information concerning a commercial real estate financing request.

Information submitted through our Commercial Refinance Review or other website forms may include property information, requested financing amount, current debt, estimated property value, property or operating-business financial information, ownership or borrower information, use of proceeds, exit strategy, and other information relevant to RPL’s decision whether to pursue a potential capital introduction.

If you provide information concerning another person, business, borrower, property owner, or other third party, you are responsible for having appropriate authority to provide that information to RPL.

Our website, hosting provider, security services, or other systems may also automatically collect certain technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, access times, referring pages, and similar information used to operate, secure, and maintain the website.

How We Use Information

We may use information we receive to:

  • determine whether a commercial real estate financing opportunity appears to fit RPL’s business model, internal screening criteria, documentation standards, geographic requirements, and capital-source relationships;
  • communicate with you regarding a submitted financing scenario;
  • request additional information, clarification, or documentation;
  • determine whether RPL wishes to pursue a potential capital introduction;
  • review, organize, summarize, package, or present information for RPL’s own business purposes;
  • where appropriate, present a financing scenario to one or more potential capital sources and facilitate a qualified introduction;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and business systems;
  • detect or prevent spam, fraud, misuse, security incidents, or other improper activity;
  • maintain appropriate business records; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

RPL’s review of information does not constitute underwriting, approval of financing, verification of information, legal or financial advice, or a determination that any financing request will qualify for or receive funding.

Information Shared With Potential Capital Sources

If RPL elects to pursue an opportunity, RPL may share information concerning the financing scenario with one or more potential capital sources for the purpose of determining whether a capital source has sufficient interest to consider further discussion.

Where appropriate, RPL may then facilitate a direct introduction between an interested potential capital source and the borrower or another authorized decision-maker.

Each capital source is responsible for its own independent review, due diligence, underwriting, credit analysis, valuation, legal review, and decision-making.

RPL does not guarantee lender interest, financing, approval, loan terms, closing, or any particular outcome.

Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers that assist us with website hosting, forms, security, communications, data storage, maintenance, or other business operations. These providers may process information as necessary to perform services for RPL.

Our website uses Gravity Forms to receive information submitted through website forms. Gravity Forms also provides website administrators with tools relating to data retention, IP-address storage, and export or deletion of personal information.

RPL may use Cloudflare Turnstile or similar anti-spam and security technology to help distinguish legitimate users from automated activity and protect website forms from abuse.

We may change or add service providers as our website and business systems evolve.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for website functionality, security, form processing, user preferences, and other operational purposes.

We do not currently use this website to sell personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.

If we later introduce analytics, advertising, marketing, or other technologies that materially change how visitor information is collected or used, we may update this Privacy Policy and any related privacy or cookie disclosures.

Data Retention

We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate business purposes, including evaluating financing opportunities, maintaining business and communication records, protecting RPL’s legal and contractual interests, preventing fraud or misuse, and complying with applicable obligations.

Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable legal, contractual, recordkeeping, and operational requirements.

Information Security

RPL uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control.

However, no website, electronic transmission, database, storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You should not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, credit-card information, bank-account credentials, or similarly sensitive personal information through our general website forms unless RPL specifically requests the information through an appropriate secure process.

Gravity Forms advises that ordinary form-entry data stored through its system is not encrypted in the database and therefore should not be used for highly sensitive information such as passwords or credit-card details. The FTC likewise recommends that businesses limit collection and retention of sensitive information to what they actually need and protect the information they retain.

Disclosure for Legal or Business Purposes

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, governmental request, or regulatory obligation; to protect the rights, property, security, or interests of RPL or others; or to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or other improper activity.

If RPL undergoes a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

No Sale for Advertising or Marketing

RPL does not sell personal information to third parties for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.

Sharing information with a potential capital source in connection with a financing scenario submitted to RPL is part of RPL’s capital-introduction business and is not done for third-party advertising or marketing purposes.

Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to websites operated by lenders, capital sources, service providers, or other third parties.

RPL does not control those websites and is not responsible for their privacy, security, content, or information-handling practices. You should review the privacy policies of third-party websites before providing information to them.

Children’s Privacy

RPL’s website and services are intended for adults involved in commercial real estate and business transactions. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.

Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights concerning personal information maintained by RPL, including the ability to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information.

To make a privacy-related request, contact:

Privacy@RPLCommercialCapital.com

We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request. Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, contractual, business, fraud-prevention, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, website, technology, service providers, or applicable requirements.

When we make changes, the updated policy will be posted on this page and the Effective Date above will be revised.
