Welcome. My name is Rob Levine. I launched RPL Commercial Capital, LLC (“RPL”) in 2013.

I’m a licensed attorney and have worked in Mortgage Banking, Land Title, and transactional real estate for more than 30 years.

Most of my clients are trying to solve a life or business problem by refinancing their commercial real estate FAST and/or can’t go to a bank for whatever reason. Maybe that sounds familiar?

The one thing they usually have in common is they don’t have a relationship with a reputable, reliable, private money source. Most people don’t, until the need arises. That’s where I come in.

RPL Commercial Capital introduces clients to well capitalized short-term hard money mortgage lenders. Typically, these are hedge funds, investment managers, family offices, insurance companies, etc.
